Here are the group events and conventions coming to Rochester in the next few weeks, according to the Rochester Convention & Visitors Bureau:
Through Monday: Star of the North state games, 2,000 expected, citywide.
Through Monday: Minnesota Veterans of Foreign Wars state convention, 600 expected, downtown.
Through today: Diocese of Winona evangelization event, 2,000 expected, downtown.
Through Sunday: Rochester Youth Baseball Association Klampe tournament, 800 expected, downtown.
Through Sunday: Rochester Youth Soccer Association Rochesterfest tournament, 2,5000 expected, citywide.
June 24-July 1: Spike Volleyball Camp, 150 expected, citywide.
June 28-July 1: Christian Congregation district convention No. 1, 6,250 expected, citywide.
June 28-July 1: Lead assist/client directed, 40 expected, downtown.
June 29-July 1: 2012 Orcas Rochester Invitational,
